Shipping policy

1. Dispatch and Delivery

  • Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the dispatch date. If you don’t receive your order within this timeframe, please notify us by calling +91-997-171-1951

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Signature Requirement: Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign, please suggest an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. However, please note that Bhumi Tatvaa is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

  • OTP Verification: Some courier partners may require an OTP to complete the delivery. This OTP will be sent to the number you provided at the time of placing your order.

3. Handling Shortages or Damages

  • Reporting Issues: If you encounter any shortages or damages to your order, please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Responsibility After Delivery: Bhumi Tatvaa is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed and signed for.

4. Shipping and Handling Rates

  • Variable Rates: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.

  • Transparency: The shipping and handling charges will be clearly stated at the time of checkout, so you’ll know the total cost before making your payment.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Communication: We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order, including any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 restrictions or increased order volumes during sales events.


6. Special Circumstances

  • Holiday Delays: Please note that delivery times might be extended during public holidays or special occasions.

  • Sales Events: During sale events, there may be slight delays in shipping due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
